As an Intern / Trainee, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Role and responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but may be not limited to:
You will be responsible for analyzing the market to help the PwC professional team to make decisions. At the end of the day you will become an expert in ESG-investing.
You will use your technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint daily by supporting projects and by interaction with our professional team.
You will acquire knowledge in strategy analysis and different financial and non-financial topics, by doing research to identify various opportunities for improvements of sustainability practices for clients;
You will improve your communication and presentation skills through preparation of delivering materials to the clients.
Knowledge and experience:
completed University degree in Social Sciences (Finance, Economics or equivalent) with GPA of at least 3.5;
Strong command of spoken and written Russian and English;
Proficient PC knowledge, Word, Excel, Power Point.
Professional qualifications such as CFA or GRI are a strong plus.
Strong analytic and good problem structuring skills
Willingness to undertake new and challenging tasks
Strong communication and team working skills
Any relevant ESG-experience/background is good but not required
During the interviewing process you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

Understanding the concept of ESG and sustainable development;
Awareness of the UN Sustainable Development Goals;
Ability to work independently with minimum guidance from Senior colleagues;
Ability to solve problem even with minimum knowledge in given sphere;
Strong analytical and problem structuring skills ;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to work in multitasking environment;
Availability for overtime work to meet tough deadlines;
Willingness to undertake new and challenging tasks.
